How can I edit my username and password as a User?

When you log in Koledari, click on top-right profile icon and then go to “My profile” link. There you will be able to change your name, e-mail, password and profile image.

Can I undo a change I performed on a Task?

Yes, everything you add within a Task can be deleted by clicking on the bin icon found in the top right corner of the message, image or file you attached.

Can I view messages, images or files someone deleted from a Task?

When someone delete message, image or file, it’s permanently deleted and there is no way to undo it. That’s why you will see “confirm delete” popup before deleting something.

How many Users maximum can I have working on one Project at once?

You can assign project to all users you already added to your team.

Can multiple people have administrative credentials within the same Project at the same time?

No. There can be only one admin per project.

How can I retrieve a Project I accidently deleted?

When you delete a project, it’s permanently deleted and there is no way to undo that. That’s why you will see “confirm delete” popup before deleting the project.
